 Good Society Admin takes every precaution to protect users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the portal, the information is protected both online and off-line. We have enabled SSL encryption so as to ensure that your data remains encrypted during transmission to and from the site. These precautions, though industry standard are nonetheless only as secure as the end-user's practice. To ensure that unauthorised parties do not get access to information on this  Good Society App, we encourage all users make sure that they use the APP in secure network.

Trademark, Copyright and Restriction

The  Good Society digtial asset and program structure are exclusively owned by the “ Good Society”.The  Good Society is propritory owner for this program.All the content on the digital assets, names, logo, trademarks,graphics,images, text, illustraion, artwork, software, designs, are the sole property of the “ Good Society”

b. All icons and logos are trademarks of and proprietary to the  Good Society. The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Communication Channel

App shall Trigger various communication initiated by stakeholder via App Notification, SMS and Email.Communication may have sponsors / co-branding content for managing the infrastructure and enhancement cost of  Good Society Program.

App and Service Updates.

App enhancement and down time shall be communicated to stakeholder via App Notification,SMS and Email. Stakeholder cannot take any legal action against  Good Society in case of any service delay or default, Application down time or any illegal practice attempted by the Stakeholders.

USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the UserID and password you choose when you create your account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify  Good Society of any unauthorized use of your password.  Good Society will not be liable for any consequence arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

ABUSE OF SERVICE

You understand that all information (such as data files, written text, audio files, images or any other media) which you may have access to as part of, or through your use of  Good Society are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated.  Good Society takes no responsibility for abusive content, and it is the responsibility of the users to regulate such content.  Good Society takes no responsibility for any data generated within  Good Society Program / Digital asset and published or distributed outside by the user.

 Good Society reserves the right to suspend its service to users involving in service abuse.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

Any change made to the Privacy Policy will notified via Email or any other mode as decided in due course.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

Code of Conduct

The stakeholder has to use this platform with genuine content and any infringment of intellectual property of other through the  Good Society program will be liable by the repective person.

The stakeholders should not share any un-authorized contents which hurt the sentiment of community, religion, group of people , country or gender. In case of any nusance created then the respective person should be liable for the repercussions and legal litigation.

In case of any fradulant activity involved by  Good Society partner (affiliated - not an employee) and Society Admin / Stakeholders and the issue got identified then the respective person will be terminated from the program and any loss occurs due to this illegal activity will be not liable by  Good Society.

Program discontinuation.

The society / association can discontinue from the program whenever they decides but the enrollment fees will be not refunded. The data of the terminated account will be not maintained by  Good Society digital asset. The terminated accounts record will be purged after 15 days from when the society / association are discontinued from the progam.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The  Good Society Program does not warrant that the digital solution are free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components. However  Good Society take necessaray measure to the mitigate the risk.

The  Good Society program shall not be liable in case of any technology constraint or down time. The  Good Society program shall not be liable in case of any theft, security breach, or any other unsual or illegal activity that occurs in the premises of the society / association / in any other property.

All warranties including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, for the title and non-infringement are disclaimed and excluded.

Our affiliates / partners , respective investors, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and  Good Society program shall not be liable, at any time for any, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Platforms, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or other theory.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind.

SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS, IN NO EVENT WILL THE  GOOD SOCIETY OR ITS EMPLOYEES’, OR ITS AGENTS’, PARTNERS, AND CONTRACTORS’, AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE AFORESAID SERVICES SHALL EXCEED THE PAYMENTS ACTUALLY RECEIVED AND RETAINED BY THE  GOOD SOCIETY FROM YOU, FOR ANY AND ALL CAUSES OF ACTION BROUGHT BY YOU OR YOUR AGENTS.

Additional Terms

This Agreement and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by stake holders, but may be assigned by the  Good Society without restriction.

This Agreement together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies/legal notices published by the  Good Society on the digital assets or elsewhere in or around your society / association or any other property within your complex, shall constitute the entire agreement between You and the  Good Society concerning the Platform, the  Good Society services, and governs Your use of the  Good Society digital assets, superseding any prior agreements between You and the  Good Society with respect to the digital assets.

The failure of the  Good Society to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the Parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the Parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any matters arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai.

Support SLA

All support queries are to be lodged @ feedback@gdsociety.org and same shall reviewed and reverted by the  Good Society Admin on regular basis. 

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "stakeholders" shall mean any natural or legal person or any entity who has agreed to become a registered User on the  Good Society Digital platform by providing registration data while registering on the digital asset. The term "We", "Us", "Our", “ Good Society”, “ Good Society Program” shall mean  Good Society (The  Good Society Program / Digital Asset are owned and operated by the Propritor - Bharathi R). 

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy has been drafted by Us in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011. This Privacy Policy is subject to the Terms of Use and constitute a valid and legally binding agreement between stakeholder (You) and Good Socieety. The Platform and any services thereon are being provided to You as a service on a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license.

As a part of  Good Society Program, we will collect your personal information and stored in our database for further servicing ,  Good Society program will mainatin the privacy policy to protect the privacy of the  Good Society member (those who enrolled in the program). In case of any upgradation on the privacy policy, the  Good Society will communicate the customer via various mode like email and SMS. The stakeholder should read and understand the privacy policy to continue use of the  Good Society Program.

If You do not agree with this Policy or our Terms of use, please do cancel yourself from the  Good Society program.

15. Or any other such information required in the  Good Society Program

Also, we collect the following information from the routine visitors / guest

1.     Guest Name

2.     Mobile Number

3.     Photo

4.     Purpose of visit

5.     Vehicle Number

6.     Visitor check in and Checkout information

In case the society admin / security not captured the guest information in the app then we wont be able to store the visitor log and  Good Society program will not be liable for not tracking the visitors. Data entry by the society staff / admin or security is the primary activity to maintain the visitor log.

 Good Society digital security program will be not liable in case of any data entry error or correctness of the data captured.  Good Society merely provides the digital platform to capture the visitor management , however we cannot enforce and take the resoponsibility for the society staff / admin / security to capture the data entry.

 Good Society Digital security program data will be stored for the future reference, however the data will be not made available to the society openly due to the personal privacy of the member. In case of any instance, the society should raise request for the data report from the  Good Society in case of investigating on any incidents.

The society admin with the approval of the society committe, they can call for the visitor log.

The  Good Society program share the data and document the request id.

On Our Website, We use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages to help analyse our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. "Cookies" are small files placed on your hard drive that assist Us in providing Our services. We offer certain features that are only available through the use of a "cookie". You also understand that this service is an extension of the services offered by the Association Societies (being our program member) of the Premises, whether registered or unregistered, and accordingly, the member data mentioend above, will also be shared with them, as a part our Services, we share the Information with them for recording and security purposes, however, we take no guarantee of the way the information shall or will be used by them.

We may periodically send promotional e-mails or messages on the digital asset about special offers related to the  Good Society Program (e.g. information about enhancements / new features of the App/Platform)

From time to time, We may use the information to customize the Website or App.

You agree that We may use the collected information to:

compile, or analyse any information provided by You, on an aggregated basis only. We will do so without personally identifying You or Your personal information;

ii. We don’t sell or trade your data to/with anyone. We only use it for the purposes of making your experience better by introducing real time entries, permissions, etc or to provide you value added third party services.

We may use the information provided by You to resolve disputes that may arise with the use of Our Services, help promote a safe service to all the Users of the Platforms, measure consumer interest in our services, customize your experience, detect and protect Us against error, fraud and other criminal activity and to enforce Our terms and conditions.

Sharing of Information

We have to disclose your Information, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. We may disclose this information to law enforcement offices, third party rights owners, or others in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms or Privacy Policy.

Your Information will be shared with another business entity should We (or our assets) plan to merge with, or be acquired by another business entity, or re-organization, amalgamation, restructuring of business. Should such a transaction occur, the new business entity will follow this Privacy Policy.

we manage your information over the secure cloud service provider, which offers the standard security solution, also the server is proctected with firewalls and data encryption using SSL.

 Good Society does not provide full gurantee that data transmission over the internet will be completely secure and transmission ownership will be taken by the member.

All information is saved and stored on servers, which are secured with passwords and pins to ensure no unauthorised person has access to it. Once Your information is in our possession, we adhere to strict security guidelines, and to the best extent possible protecting it against unauthorized access.

We store your information over secure cloud service providers who offer security standards competitive with the industry norms. We also protect our servers with firewalls and data encryption using SSL, and information access authorization controls. We use reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of Your information against loss, theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, reproduction, use or amendment. To achieve the same, We use reasonable security practices and procedures as mandated under applicable laws for the protection of Your information. Information You provide to Us may be stored on Our secure servers located within or outside India.

However, You understand and accept that there is no guarantee that data transmission over the Internet will be completely secure and that any information that You transmit to Us is at Your own risk. We assume no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission issues, unauthorized third-party access to our Platform and data bases or other acts of third parties or acts or omissions beyond Our reasonable control and You shall not be entitled to hold the Company responsible for any breach of security except in case of wilful negligence on the part of the Company.
